Important Information
Our Services are not a substitute for medical doctor attention, treatment, examination, advice or diagnosis. You are responsible for consulting a medical doctor before commencing any new regimes or alterations to your health. You take full responsibility for making the informed decision to use our services. You hereby agree to permanently release and waive any claims you may have now or in the future against us.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Payment must be made in full at time of booking
No refunds are available once a booking is made. However, should circumstances change you may reschedule an appointment. Please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice out of consideration for myself and other patients, if you miss your appointment, someone else may be missing out.
If you need to cancel the appointment, a credit will be left on your file for when you choose to use that appointment at a later date (no added surcharge will be incurred)
I do not offer a refund for naturopathic remedies including herbal tinctures, teas, herbal creams or supplements. A credit will be applied to your file if you need to cancel, to then be used at a later date.
